Due to the unique, handcrafted, and made-to-order nature of our inventory, our return policies are strictly enforced to maintain quality and fairness.
Apparel & Merchandise (Made-to-Order) All of our apparel and printed merchandise is custom-made to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. > * Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page before completing your order.

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
Handmade Oddities & Botanical Accessories Our resin art, wire-wrapped crystals, and handcrafted accessories are individually created. Minor aesthetic variations are natural and make each handmade piece unique. These items are strictly final sale. If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging so we can assist you.
Live Botanicals & Specimens All live plant purchases are final sale. We meticulously package our rare Aroids to survive the journey, but shipping live botanicals inherently carries risk. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damage (such as a bent leaf or minor browning) caused by the shipping process, or for weather-related delays. If your plant arrives severely damaged or deceased, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been handed over to the courier and marked as "Delivered," Alchemist Cultivars is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
