OVERVIEW This website is operated by Alchemist Cultivars. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alchemist Cultivars. Alchemist Cultivars offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION: We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.


SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

  • Handmade & Botanical Items: Due to the nature of live plants, 3D printed items, resin art, and handmade goods, variations in color, size, shape, and aesthetic are natural and expected. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Made-to-Order Merchandise: Apparel and printed goods are fulfilled through third-party partners. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

CURRENT OFFERINGS & GIVEAWAYS:

1. The Ravenous Specimen Opening Week Event

  • How to Enter: Every purchase containing 'The Ravenous Specimen' coffee mug automatically grants the purchaser one entry to win the matching crewneck.

  • Entry Period: Tuesday, March 31st at 8:00 AM EST through Monday, April 6th at 11:59 PM EST.

  • The Draw: One initiate will be drawn at random. The winner will be contacted via the email associated with their order by Wednesday, April 8th to select their preferred crewneck size.

2. The Vault Collection April Event

  • How to Enter: Every individual order placed on AlchemistCultivars.com automatically grants the purchaser one entry to win a rare Rose Gold Velvet corm, cultivated directly from our personal collection.

  • Entry Period: Tuesday, March 31st at 8:00 AM EST through Thursday, April 30th at 11:59 PM EST.

  • The Draw: One initiate will be drawn at random at the close of the month. The winner will be contacted via email by May 5th to arrange the safe shipping of the specimen.

General Terms: Must be 18 years or older to claim a physical specimen or apparel item. Prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash equivalent. Winners must respond within 48 hours of email notification to claim their artifact, or a new name will be drawn from the collective.
