 Mon & Tue Shipping Only: We only ship at the start of the week so your package never sits in a dark warehouse over the weekend.

 Weather Holds: We monitor temperatures along the route and will hold your shipment if it’s below 50°F or above 90°F. We will message you if a delay happens.

 Issues: For any transit damage, message us with photos of the corm/package within 24 hours of delivery.
